What This Privacy Policy CoversThis policy covers how Psion Teklogix treats personal information that Psion Teklogix collects and receives, including information related to your past use of Psion Teklogix products and services. Psion Teklogix collects personal information when you register with the Psion Teklogix Teknet Extranet, when you use Psion Teklogix products or services and when you visit Psion Teklogix web pages. Psion Teklogix may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies.
When you register, we ask for information such as your name, street address, email address, zip/post code, occupation, industry and company details. Once you register with Psion Teklogix and sign in to our services, we recognise your details and customize our services to suit you; you are no longer an anonymous user.
Psion Teklogix collects information about your transactions with us, including information about your use of services that we offer.
Psion Teklogix automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, your browser type, and the page you request.
Psion Teklogix uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the content you see, fulfil your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.
Information Sharing and Disclosure

Teknet SubscriptionsTeknet Subscriptions is an email information delivery service designed for Teknet users. You must be a registered Teknet user to participate in Teknet Subscriptions.
Information Collection and Use Practices
During registration, or when editing your Teknet account information, you can choose whether you will be contacted by Psion Teklogix about press releases, company news and announcements (including general industry technology news), product announcements and general industry technology news. Participation in Teknet Subscriptions means you will receive periodic emails from Psion Teklogix on the categories you have selected. You can submit the email address where you would like to receive your Teknet Subscriptions emails. Psion Teklogix will try to provide relevant information to you in your Teknet Subscriptions emails based on your registration information and the Psion Teklogix products and services you use.

In the process of bringing you offers through Teknet Subscriptions, our partners are not given access to your email address or to any personally identifiable information about you.

You can edit your Teknet Account Information, including your subscription preferences, at any time. New categories of subscriptions may be added to the My Subscriptions page from time to time. We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Psion Teklogix service, such as service announcements, administrative messages and Psion Teklogix newsletters, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them, provided that they are considered part of your Teknet account. Confidentiality and Security
We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you, or in order to do their jobs. We have physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you.
